2023.12.23 Release Notes

• Added "rules.txt" to the game folder, which explains how to play the game.
• The debugging interface is now hidden by default.
• The terminal now displays some useful information about the game.
• The terminal no longer includes the debugging log, but you can get it back by toggling a flag in "models\game.lua".
• Upgraded to a newer version of Tangerine which fixes a number of bugs and improves image convergence time.
